Upon moving office locations, CBRE and Shearer Design worked in collaboration with Office Concepts to prepare furniture selections that ensured employee comfort, productivity, and well-being. In addition to lounge seating and meeting room tables, Office Concepts provided workstation solutions that were ergonomic and in line with the environmental standards required by CBRE. 

In the summer of 2022, this space became the company’s first North American office to receive WELL v2 Platinum Certification.
