Working closely with Kasian Design, Office Concepts brought Miller Thomson’s rendering dreams to life, ensuring their welcoming, sophisticated brand was projected throughout the floorplan. Through careful curation and collaboration on each piece, the client’s priority of staff comfort was realized and is reflected in each thoughtful, high-quality design. Beautiful staff lounges, custom desking solutions, and innovative meeting spaces combine with Eighth Avenue Place’s stunning views to create a jaw-dropping, envy-evoking office. The project covered roughly 27,500 square feet of ancillary space and included multiple private offices, workstations, benching stations, and meeting spaces.
